I Don't Know if We're in a Garden ›

To hopefully heighten the excitement of the new Pomegranates album coming out, here is my new ep just one week later!

This is an excerpt of a live performance of Steve Reich’s “Music for 18 Musicians”, which will enlighten your mind and make the previous post about Joey’s comic much funnier.

“Music for 18 Musicians” and “Music for Six Marimbas” are two of Joey and I’s favorite pieces of music. This is hilarious.

Joey Cook playing at MOTR April 15 ›

Hey guys,

Joey here.

I’m playing some of my solo stuff with the help of Jacob, Isaac, and our friend Lance, at MOTR pub in Cincinnati on April 15.

It’s a Sunday.  It’s free.  It’s 21+

The Kickaways will also be playing.

Also, it’s an early show!  We have to be done by 11p.m. so we’ll be getting things started early!

We’d love to see you there!

Title: I Just Wasn't Made for These Times (Laura Sjogren) Artist: Joey Cook 230 plays

Our friend Laura made shirts for us to wear, so in return she and I agreed to cover this song together.  It did take me longer than it should have, but here it is finally.

Thanks again Laura!!!
